Meet Sid the Snail (probably the slowest snail around), along with a bunch of other characters in the Small World series of stories.
The following titles are in varying degrees of readiness for publication, as specified below:
Sid is a very slow snail. Even for a snail, he is slow.
So slow, that he wonders if there is something wrong with him.
But, with the help of Gramps, Sid comes to realise
that there is much more to life than moving fast.
SID the SNAIL was shortlisted in an international children's story competition.
It is ready for publication and has its own dedicated page.

The following are currently scheduled
for development at a later date:
WRIGLEY the WORM
Wrigley is a worm. A restless worm
who wants to explore what lies outside his compost heap home.
Adventures may be exciting, but along the way,
Wrigley learns that coming back home to friends and family
is just as important.
The TORTOISE who would be a TURTLE
Tessa is a tortoise.
Her parents had always lived on land, and so had their parents before them.
Tortoises live on land and turtles live in water. Or so they had always believed.
But one day everything changes...
and Tessa’s dream of becoming a turtle turns into the adventure of a lifetime.
The KOOKABURRA who never knew HOME
Kylie Kookaburra lives in a bird sanctuary in England.
It is far from the home that her parents grew up in.
Her mother tells Kylie about the land where her daughter was born,
a land quite different from the one they now live in.
Her mother’s stories spark a flame of hope in Kylie -
that one day she will go back to the home where she was born.
The CHAMELEON who couldn’t BLEND IN
From the time he was born, it was obvious that Cameron wasn’t like the other chameleons.
He didn’t change colour like the others – he didn’t even look like a chameleon!
Ever-restless to find out where he belongs, Cameron ends up coming full circle
and eventually discovers what is important in life.

GOOD ENOUGH TO EAT

wonders the Strawberry Crème.
With the help of the Orange Delight, perhaps he is about to find out the answer.
